4. Data Handling

• APIs on Wolfram Cloud: Our GPT operates through APIs hosted on the Wolfram Cloud. This ensures a reliable and scalable service infrastructure.
• HTTPS Protection: All data transfer to and from our GPT is secured using HTTPS, which encrypts the data during transmission, enhancing the security and privacy of user interactions.
• No Personal Data Collection: We maintain a strict policy of not collecting or storing any personally identifiable information from the users. Our focus is on ensuring user privacy without compromising the quality of service.
• No User Tracking: We do not track or monitor data regarding who is calling our API endpoints or with what parameters. Our commitment to user privacy extends to all aspects of our service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Legal Information Page at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the GPT following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
