The Plugin is owned and operated by Warmer Sun Education. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Plugin, including intellectual property rights, are reserved.
The Plugin is designed to enhance learning through artificial intelligence, providing users with improved access to biology and chemistry information. It is available for free use up to 10 requests a month, after which a monthly subscription is required.
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information from the users. Subscription is facilitated through email, and payments are processed via Stripe. We do not have access to or store payment information, which is handled exclusively by Stripe.
In no event shall Warmer Sun Education be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Plugin.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
